Your returns information and terms and conditions are displayed on your merchant dashboard, and under each offer page. Customers can easily locate this information by clicking on the link ‘Shipping and Merchant Information’ on each product page.
It’s up to you whether to offer free returns. You can indicate this by ticking yes to ‘Do you include paid postage on returns?’ on the Offer Creation page.
